The entire staff was so professional and friendly and just overall amazing. I made an appointment with Arlesia, and it was the best decision I have ever made (aside from getting married, of course). She took the time to understand me and my vision, she encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, and she has a great eye for accessories. I wanted a tiara, and she found the best one for me and my dress on her first try. I’ll recommend Arlesia and the Novi David’s Bridal to anyone and everyone looking for the perfect dress.

Novi David's Bridal is a beautiful setting with a huge inventory. It has large viewing areas for our family to share the experience. You can even look on the racks for dresses and all of the accessories. David's is a great place to go first to truly understand what you like, because no one really knows until you try the dresses on. And most of the dresses are delivered in 4-8 weeks! If you go for alterations there please see Barb or Pam. Lena is rude and lazy!!! They claim that she knows what she is doing but she DOESN'T!!! She will tell you anything she that she can go and sit her lazy ass behind the desk and pick at the bumps on her acne filled face. She will lie to you about your dress so that she can get you out of the store. Dealing with someone like her who doesn't take pride in their work will create a bad experience for any bride. I have to be honest I was a Title worried about going to David's bridal because I had heard such mixed reviews from people... But I have to say that the David's Bridal in Novi, Mi was amazing!!!! They were all so wonderful through every step of my wedding.... From buying my dress to picking my bridesmaids dress to the alterations!! Not only was everyone that worked in the store extra helpful and nice but they were fun to work with!! I had a great experience at David's Bridal, however a few of my bridesmaids had a difficult time. My maid of honor had to return the original dress she ordered when she noticed a small hole in the fabric, and one of my bridesmaids had to send her dress back when we discovered the color was slightly off from the rest of the dresses even though they had all ordered them at the same time. David's Bridal in Novi, MI has an amazing staff that is truly there to assist you. If you made an appointment, they are committed to helping you during the duration of your appointment. It's nice, not all branches of this company do this. Would walk in and do service with this branch any day!
