I had Shana she was amazing I told her what my interest in dresses were and she showed me a dress in every style so that I could see what I really wanted. She listened to what I was saying and made the experience wonderful. She is so sweet and caring for her clients she made picking out my wedding dress a great experience and I could not think her more. So please if you want the best care please go to Shana you will not regret it!
We had a great experience! The staff, beginning with the store manager Jenna, the assistant store manager Destinee and lastly the one-on-one stylist Anju were extremely helpful. They listened to my daughter's vision of her dream dress and they made it happen. Anju made sure that Cate envisioned herself on that day and that she didn't have any reservations about the dress. We bought our bridesmaids gowns from David's Bridal. The girl assisting us was very kind and helpful. All of the dresses arrived early.
Got my dress at the Madison Heights store. Sales staff was average, customer service was average, tailor was average. BUT, the deciding factor was the fact that my dress was $400 cheaper there than at the designer salon in my home town. I'll take average service for a $400 savings.
I absolutely love my dress! I really felt like the saleswoman listened to my requests and helped me find the perfect look. She even helped me choose between several veils (I must have tried on their entire collection before finding the right one!) I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I am very happy with David's Bridal and would recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

My dress was so cheap and it looked expensive, It was the first one i tried on
I bought my dress at Davids Bridal in Novi, MI. They did a great job finding me a dress. I had two alteration appointments. The first one they altered the hem line and figured out what type of bustle would be best on the type of dress I had. The second one was taking it in. I had no problems with the alterations. They did a great job. We also bought the wedding gown preservation kit. You ship your dress off to have it cleaned packaged and sealed in a box with a window on the front so you can see your dress.
