I went in for my initial bridal appointment with my mom at the Novi location, and couldn’t have had a better experience! We were taken care of from the minute we arrived, and even though other brides and their moms were there as well, it truly felt like we were the only ones being helped. My wedding dress shopping experience was incredible. I tried on 7 dresses, first time ever dress shopping. The associate helping was lovely and honest and reassuring, very in tune to my needs. Found my perfect dress! My fitting sessions were great. I felt listened to and taken care of. The ladies there really know what they are doing. I’m sure they deal with a million people but I felt like they were there just for me when I needed them. I came in to shop for a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. We were helped by Alexis, who did a great job helping us pick out dresses in different styles, sizes, and colors. She worked to find us the perfect dresses and listened to our preferences to help us narrow down the color we wanted. She gave us good advice about alterations and how much time we would need to get everything done before the wedding. My 13yo daughter needed a junior bridesmaid dress we purchased online from a different store taken in two or three sizes. The David’s Bridal team have been wonderful to work with. They have an easy scheduling system. We walked right up for both the initial sizing appointment, as well as, the pick up appointment. Maria was very kind and accommodating. And although I don’t know much about alteration pricing, I thought it reasonable for a special event dress.

This was my first bridal appointment and I LOVED my experience! The store is HUGE with tons of options, and is super nice and clean. Everyone I met was soooo nice, from the front desk receptionist, the returns clerk (I had to exchange an online order for a smaller size), and my consultant Logan were all so amazing! Logan really understood my vision and pulled so many amazing and beautiful dresses, I tried on 9-10 in my hour including a re-try on of my favorite one.
