The only reason I am giving this location 5 stars is due to Amanda the cashier that checked us out after my bridesmaids found their dresses. She was very personable, friendly, and had great customer service. After being greeted poorly by the woman that checked me in (she was very rude) and us being told that they will “see if someone is available” (mind you we made an appointment) I had a bad taste in my mouth about this location. I absolutely had the Best experience finding my wedding dress! Denise was such a great help! She was so helpful and even helped me keep my budget! I said yes to the dress and she was awesome!

Had a great experience at this location! I had an appointment with my mom to find a mother of the bride dress, and our consultant, Tori, was extremely helpful! She found dresses in different sizes, gave my mom shoes to try, and even tried out an iron on low-heat to make sure that it would work (the dress tag stated "no steam"). We were also looking for a flower girl dress, and she checked on sizes and what colors the dresses came in for us without us even asking. I would definitely recommend going here!

I walked in to look for my wedding dress and Julie helped me. She was such an amazing help. I had the best experience ever she made it so easy and helped me pick out the perfect veil to go with my dress. I honestly couldn't be happier. When I went to get my bridesmaid dresses also we had an amazing experience than as well. Such great customer service. She was excellent in helping with alterations and giving amazing advice and what to do with certain areas that needed tweaking. Getting materials etc to help the dress alter wonderfully!!
