After having a horrible experience in the Rochester store and my sister leaving in tears because of the way her consultant there acted, I chose to call the cities locations to see if they had the dress she wanted in her size available (felt like that should've been the consultant in Roch's job)... I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews from other brides! My experience was completely different, exciting and wonderful! I am a plus-sized (and older) bride so was very worried about dress shopping and had some unfriendly experiences in other shops (including not having anything in a plus size to try on).
