Was unhappy because I was told after 30 minutes of waiting that I needed an appointment on the weekend to try on bridal gowns. Was very satisfied with Maria, who helped me try on dresses.
We had a great experience trying dresses on. Our "hostess" was very attentive and found dresses that would be great for my twin daughters' Prom.
I found a dress I loved but I didn't like the associates attitude so I didn't purchase it. She acted annoyed that she had to help me. When I asked her about the cost of alterations she told me she didn't know that I had to ask the alteration department which is understandable but when I asked if anyone from that department was in she got upset and said she could check in a minute if I really needed her to. I was apprehensive, and a bit intimidated because my reason to go to Davids Bridel was for Vow Renewal. I wasn't a new bride seeking bridesmaids dresses etc. I was greeted warmly, directed to a great selection of gowns. Needless to say found "The one". Thank you to all the staff! Off to Maui we go.......
