Ashley was a great help! She was attentive and listened to what I wanted in a dress. While I'm still trying to decide between several dresses, I am so happy with the service provided. I never felt pressured to make a decision when I wasn't ready to.

Unfortunately she was overbooked which made the appointment frustrating and dragged on. She was very professional and awesome but I would have enjoyed it better if I had been her only appointment; and I would have purchased the dress that same day.

The sales persons did great,upselling and reccomending items.The sales person also told us how much a corset back will cost before we agreed on the price.only to come back for alterations where the stated price was doubled without letting me(the bride) know.I was told I had to pay the rediculous amt,after arguing and explaining that was not the ammount I agreed to,threatening to just take the dress and leave and bauling that my dress wasnt going to be made correctly for my wedding,the story changes and I can get the dress do... read more
