i was a Bridesmaid in a wedding and ordered my dress in the Raleigh, NC store and had no alterations to be done. i had it shipped to my home as I live in Charlotte, NC The wedding was canceled very shortly after I got the dress. i tried to return it and they would not give me my money back. I lost $300.00 or more and did try to talk to someone but stuck with a dress for a cancelled wedding. This was the first place I made an appointment and went to try on wedding dresses. I was so excited and happy to be there but from the moment I walked in the door it was nothing but discouraging and disappointment. My entire party and I have never been treated so poorly and made feel so unimportant on a day that should be filled with excitement and joy! Chloe was my personal Assistant, she was wonderful. Also assisting in my daughter's Maid of honor Dress. She is a great assistant even though it was a Busy Saturday

While I would love to recommend this store, as I had amazing in-store experiences with consultations from Dayana and Kathy, I cannot, as my latest over the phone experience was an absolute nightmare. Due to Gov. Coopers restrictions on weddings (which was not announced until after this purchase) I had to move my wedding date. Due to this change, one of my bridesmaids will no longer be able to be in my wedding. It’s been a week since my wedding (June 13th). I decided to give myself time to find the words to express how deeply disappointed I am in David’s Bridal. Trying to return my bridesmaid dress has been a nightmare. Have text messages from David’s bridal telling me I can return my dress and get a full refund once the store opens .I talked to a sales associate who also confirmed I would be able to get a full refund once the store open. I called today and was told I can’t return my dress because it’s past the deadline. How can I return something when the store is closed due to Covoid-19 and corporate won’t take it. All I want is a refund and then to honor what they said

alterations are over priced....paid more in alterations almost than the dress...it was like paying twice for a plain dress....

I actually arrived ten minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances and DB was very understanding especially in addition to me telling them I was no longer searching for bridal but bridesmaid dresses instead.
