I went in when today at 12pm when they opened to try a bridesmaid dress. I had the dress I needed, just wanted to make sure my size was still the same. When I asked for a dressing room they told me it would be 30 minutes. There weren’t a lot of people in there and they were telling everyone that. Why? 3 employees were standing at the register chatting. Then multiple others just walking around, some getting ready to help the others that were there. We were just in there today looking for bridesmaids dresses and the lady at the front was very rude. They acted like they did not want to help us at all so we left to go some where else.

Absolutely horrible. I purchased a dress there a couple months ago and was told by the manager at the time that I couldn’t get a refund but I could always exchange it for something else in the store. Sounds great right! Except that the manager today looked at me like I had 4 heads when I told her what I was told before. To be exact her response to me was “a manager never would have told you that” so now I’m a liar! NEVER going here again and NEVER recommending them to anyone. After getting my bridesmaids fitted for the dresses we requested, the staff told us they were "unable to order the dresses" and couldn't even give a direct answer as to why. Apparently the dresses they offer are not available as advertised. Don't waste your time.

My Grandaughter's dress was ordered on the 23rd of September, with me and my husband and our 2 year old grand at the counter. When I called on the 9th to inquire of the time to pick up the WHITE version of the dress she tried on that day, the system and the reps tell us that we TOOK the dress with us, not ordered it! My Maid of Honor and I came in just to look and see what style and type of dress she wanted. When we walked into the store the woman at the front was extremely rude and acted like we were not welcome in the store at all. I will never come back to this store. The customer service was awful.

I am leaving a two star review instead of giving this place one star because I did end up finding my dress here. However, this was in no way due to the help of any of the staff on site; my experience was terrible. I had looked at dresses at another large chain in a local shopping mall before making my appointment at this location of David's Bridal in Charlotte , NC. Unable to find a dress elsewhere, I went to David's Bridal as a last resort. Before heading their way, my friend called to make sure we would be able to try on dresses. We were told we didn’t need an appointment, so we headed there immediately. As we walked into the store, we could see it was typical Saturday afternoon traffic.
