Absolutely the worse service ever! This store has messed up my whole bridal party order! And they don't answer the phone they do not put the correct information in their system. I hate this store with a passion!

We had an appointment at 2 on Saturday. Our consultant worked with us and another group at the same time. We didn't get to start trying on dresses until 2:25. After we selected the dresses and get to the counter we were told they wouldn't be available in time for the brides wedding because they were custom made dresses. This kind of information is helpful to know during the selection process instead of when they are being paid for. Staff is spread too thin.

This store is terrible (Pineville NC). I purchased everything for my wedding here and spent thousands of dollars. I came back today with my mom and sister to get a mother of the brides dress for my sisters wedding and they wouldn't take 5 minutes to let our mom try on 3 dresses that we already had picked out. We live almost 2 hours from this store and as I said before we've done plenty of business here. There customer service is horrible. You can only try on dresses with an appointment? They don't even have 1 dressing room that they will let you try on anything! They have rooms not being used but because they don't have enough workers for each dressing room you can use them. This is not the first time Davids Bridal has disappointed us. I thought maybe we would give them another try but they still seem bitchy!

We were shopping today for my sisters wedding dress and the experience was just absolutely awful.. our lady did not act like she wanted to help what so ever kept bringing all of the wrong styles and they didnt book both of our appts.. felt rushed out of the door and was absolutely not personable what so ever.. will not be back and will not recommended to anyone!

Terrible experience. When I originally tried on my wedding dress, the consultant made me feel rushed and uncomfortable for asking for new choices. I ended up purchasing my wedding gown from them anyways because I found the one. I also purchased a veil and body slip, but ended up not wearing them on my wedding day. With tags still in tact, they refused to give me store credit since my wedding day had already passed. Not only that, but they were incredibly rude about the entire situation. This store is absolutely the worst! Stay away. I purchased a gown for my daughter's wedding and when I took it to be altered it was between 7 and 10 inches longer in the front than the back. The back was an inch or 2 above floor length! They will not do anything about it unless I bring the dress in and they will determine if it is a manufacturer defect. If i could give them a zero rating then I would. I had a terrible experience today. First the little lady that was over the appointment Hannah was very inexperienced and unprofessional. The store manager Tameka was also rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!
