Yesterday I said YES to the dress!! My friend was able to come down from Wilmington only on a Sunday to go shopping with me so I am so glad that y’all were open on Sunday! When I first walked in I was greeted by people At the door who seemed nice and professional I started to look around at the prices and they had prices from every range and good deals! Ask for Mike!!at the Louisburg Rd store He is amazing! I am an older bride and was going to go with a dress I really wasn’t happy with but Mike in no time helped me find a dress of my dreams that I could afford. He knows how to accessorize and help you feel beautiful and make the right choice Thanks Mike!

I loved the dress I picked at this location but the service is the WORST! To start with the girl that helped me with the dress wasn’t helpful at all, I had to go there twice to get the dress I wanted. They take a month to do alterations when in a local tailor shop can be made in 10 days! They alterations are not the best for the price you get. So please if you’re on this area go to a local bridal store instead!

They said my dress is ready today, but I picked it up two weeks ago. 🤔 They gave me a used dress. The manager was supposed to call me but didn't. I've had nothing but trouble and no customer service.

This was one of the WORST experiences ever! They are very unorganized! Staff told my bridal party I wasn’t there yet, but I was! The consultant was sooo lost and didn’t know anything at all! We had to help her pull dresses and I was borrowing clips from other staff! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

The staff is extremely rude. The "stylist" made me feel so self conscious and uncomfortable, rushed me with finding a dress that I liked in my price range, and I still left upset and $150 over budget. I dont love my dress. the stylist, Brenda, basically hurried me to pick a dress and was uncaring and inconsiderate towards my budget. I will be sure to let all of my friends know not to show with David's bridal for their wedding. as this location as ruined my image of this special time.

Went in to look for a wedding dress, picked the only one I really liked and wanted to try on so I showed the consultant and was told “no, you don’t want that! That’s boring!” And proceeded to grab the complete opposite of what I asked for.. and didn’t want to grab the one I wanted to try on. What do you get from telling a bride to be and a potential customer that what they LOVE is boring and unwanted.

Don’t waste your time or money here! Ordered a $200 bridesmaid dress and it came with a huge stain! And the fabric wasn’t dyed properly so there are little white pieces under the lace that didn’t get any color. What am I supposed to do now!? $200 for this?!? Find someplace better than David’s Bridal.
