At the Asheville store I had a wonderful experience buying my dress! I was told at the time my alterations should cost $300. I had my alterations done at this raleigh store due to location. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. I was very sad that there was such a difference between the two stores, and the company decided to not take care of their customers. I do so wish I did NOT have to check any stars. We were totally ripped off to the tune of almost 60%!!! Shopped with my daughter for her prom dress 2 wks ago and had a mediocre experience. The consultant was basically not helpful. Plus, she only told us after we had paid that the purchase was a final sale??! We made an appointment for a bridesmaid dress and our consultant was also assigned to work the register. We wasted time waiting for her to work with other clients. We had to get the manager involved to get help. We picked our favorite dress and the consultant made a note to record it so if we called to order, they would have the information. I had called and spoke to employees multiple times with questions as my bridal party is all out of state. I decided to travel an hour to this store to look and try on as I have a May 2018 wedding. (In which I had told employees) And I get there and am told that they can't help me because I don't have an appointment. Why was nothing ever told to me that I absolutely needed an appointment to go there. So now I travelled an hour for NOTHING.

Me and my friend rachel went to David's bridal for her to find a wedding dress. We had an appointment at noon and did not see a consultant until 12:20. The consultant finally came to us and made us leave Rachel while she picked out dresses for her. Around 12:45 they finally brought 3 dresses back and had rachel put one on (which she didn't like) while the consultant walked off. I found a nice cocktail dress for my event, but they overbook for appointments. I had a different person helping me every time I came out of the dressing room. Also, there was a huge crowd there despite my making an appointment well in advance.

I was not happy because the lady at desk was rude..and they didn't have no dresses with detachable trains
I had the WORST experience there and ended up crying during my appointment. People thought I was crying because I liked the dress I was in...little did they know I was pissed off beyond belief! I got there 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, was FINALLY taken back 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start because "they were running behind."
