No matter how many times I go to this location, I seem to leave dissatisfied. My first time picking something up in store of course confused because I paid for my dress at the front desk ( you would think that's where you pick it up) well I walk past a lady standing at the podium up front helping another person trying to do 2 things a once asked if we needed help oh just picking up a dress as I walked toward the front desk and the front lady quickly said with an attitude oh she can help you. The ladies are very rude except for one Dominique is a jewel. If It wasn't for her sweet smile I would not be coming back. You need more employees like her.

This is the first time I've come to Facebook to write a review about a company, but I feel that it is important to do so, so that others truly know what they are getting themselves into. So I scheduled an appointment, about a week or two ahead of time back in February for all five of my bridesmaids to pick out dresses. Left the final fitting for my daughter's bridal gown very disappointed. I do not recommend in-house alterations. They are very expensive and you have to pay up front. Therefore, if the final product isn't to your liking - too bad, you've already paid. I spent over $400 on alterations that didn't work. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the job done properly.

Went to this David's Bridal yesterday as a bridesmaid to help the bride find her dress. The consultant named Fanny took care of us. She was by far the rudest person I've ever met. She was not accommodating at all. She rolled her eyes every time we asked for or about anything. When we asked for a ribbon or belt to dress up the bridal gown she said they didn't have any. I never write reviews but i feel compelled to today. Most of the bridesmaid dresses are over priced for the quality. But We all did end up falling in love with a 'special occasion/prom' dress that the lady kept saying we could order in multiple sizes and in the burgundy color. So all 5 of my girls tried them on in multiple sizes in the cream color. We get to the checkout time and she says um i have bad news they cant be ordered because the supplier is out of dresses. Rude stylist, did not want to pull dresses, talked behind brides back to another employee, did not want to listen or help out at all. Extremely overcrowded horrible experience! There was one associate Dominique that was busy with her bride but still tried to help us she was awesome. The appointment was for March 11th 130 pm dressing room 19

The environment was not welcoming or professional. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was very irritated that I had to wait behind another person who did not have an appointment. Also, the sales rep that helped me with my fitting was rude and unprofessional. I waited 30 mins to be measured after I tried on three dresses I did not ask for because they lacked sizes.
