First time in a bridal store as we are newly engaged. My experience was awful at the Richfield location. My stylist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Their were a bunch of men right outside of my dressing room and I told the stylist that I wasn’t comfortable coming out of the dressing room with my chest exposed due to a larger dress….. This past Saturday, our party had an appointment scheduled to shop for a bridesmaid dress. The racks of dresses weren’t clearly marked: Some racks contained clearance dresses, other racks contained “special occasion” dresses that only came in the same color as the sample gown, and then there were 3-4 racks of bridesmaid dresses available for order in any color found in the swatch book. Frustrating that they are not working well with COVID situations.. I’m stuck with a dress that I won’t use and my only option is in store credit. It’s ridiculous that a company this large cannot make adjustments to their return policy during a global pandemic. Definitely will be shopping SMALL stores in the future.

Booked the appointment and they have you make a Pinterest for ideas! Made one and I get to my appointment and I had to pick out and find all of my own dresses mind you nothing is organized. What is the point of doing the Pinterest? What is the point of having a stylist? What was the point? You think once you have a dress they would want to put a veil on you and make your vision come to life. Nope didn’t even see any veils! Worst experience and a waste of my time.

We came in with my daughter to buy her dream dress (hopefully)! We had an appointment and we were a few minutes early. When met by Jodi at the desk she explained that she'd be helping us today and that she had a couple of things to tend to before we could start. I just went in to try dresses for the first time and it was a bad experience. As soon as they heard I was newly engaged I was pretty much dismissed by everyone. I told the saleswoman that I probably wasn’t going to purchase anything until I can try dresses on with my mom (I just went with a close friend today) and yet she was pressuring me anytime I had a dress on I liked to order it immediately. The person that measured our party was so far off on sizes it cost as much or more than the cost of the dresses for alterations. And then we had 2 bridesmaids that live out of state and their measurements were spot on, only required hemming for $55.00 each. Something is wrong with this picture! How can David’s Bridal charge so much for alterations?!?! Very misleading when you purchase dresses at a reasonable price and then the cost doubles with alterations!!!

The first time I went to the store, I wasn't a fan of the woman who helped me. I stated that I wanted a strapless, white, and sweat heart neck line. The woman told me, "you don't want white, nobody does." She did not allow me to look around at all. She pulled me two dresses. Neither strapless or sweetheart neckline. 1 white, 1 blush color. Had made an appointment thankfully as we live out of town. It was very busy when we arrived which did not bug me. However our stylist kept disappearing to talk to others and wasn't helping. She finally came back 10 minutes later to help us check out. Could have been worse, could have been better.
