Terrible service for finding the dress for the bride. Associate was helping us and another party. Was asked to wait and even told our appointment time was over. That sold us to not even consider buying from here. Many places in area just as nice and priced reasonable to consider before going here. Would not recommend.

Place is dirty, the consultants didn’t check in on us, I’m the bride and I had to grab different dresses and sizes for my girls, made my appointment in advance by 3 months and go put in the corner, and they wouldn’t give me my bridesmaids’ measurements once they took them.
If I could give 0 I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Consultant sized me with a sweatshirt on, I should have ran right then and there... Consultant constantly walked away in the middle of my appointment, started helping another customer in the middle too. I also told her I didn't like a dress style and she then goes "I'll grab another one like it". Had no clue when I asked questions about dresses, she threw a catalog at me and said "pick some". We had an appointment at 11 consultant was double booked. In the two hours that we were there she was with us for maybe a total of 15 minutes. She pulled three dresses and that was it. We were left to find other dresses ourselves. We were left to find other sizes ourselves. The bride was not treated special or like it was a special day. I went on a Saturday and the service was terrible. Rushed, rude, told our appointment was done 90 mins before it was (2apts bridesmaids and then bride). She didn't listen to what I was looking for and kept bringing dresses that were not what I want. Didn't receive discount that was later given after visiting Maple Grove. Ended up with a cheap prom dress. Returned Monday night and had a much better experience. So yesterday was my first time at David's Bridal I had an appointment at 12:30 and I was double-booked. there was another party at the same time with the same stylist so she was dealing with two people at once however the first party was in and out pretty fast so that wasn't too bad, thank god! however when her manager (Kathy) came in the picture that's when things started getting really annoying! she was trying to force my sister-in-law to put on things that she didn't want to put on and pretty much ignored her requests for... read more
