I have been here at least 3 times for different things. I did not get my wedding dress here, but got a bridesmaid dress, rehearsal dinner dress and some other items. The service is consistently not great. I thought once was a fluke, but it seems to be the same every time. If you don't have an appointment even to just look around to see if they have what you want at all they immediately get defensive and annoyed. Very frustrating! David's Bridal has THE WORST customer service I have ever come into contact with after spending thousands of dollars in their store. They sent my bridesmaid a faulty dress and when we brought it back in, instead of fixing the problem they said we can have 10% off one of the "try on used" dresses in the store in a size that was too big. Then they said we would have to alter it... Why would anyone accept 10% off a dress that you've paid full price for a new one in the correct size... they must think we are stupid! Wow. Worst costumer service ever! I would highly recommend going anywhere but here for your bridal or specialty needs!

The guy who was helping me was very unenthusiastic. Yeah I get that this is your job and you see this several times a day. However this is MY MOMENT! He wasn't much of a sales person, wasn't very knowledgeable about the dresses and just seemed all around disinterested. Didn't care to offer much in the way of accessories. I too work in customer service and even if I'm doing the same thing everyday I still give a customized and personalized experience. I not only did I have one bad experience at the Richfield Davids Bridal in MN, but two terrible experiences. The worst was shopping for my bridesmaids dresses. We had an appointment and our consultant Shannon was extremely rude and unhelpful. She basically told us our appointment was over and that she had stayed an extra 45 minutes past her shift to help us and made us feel terrible for taking our time to decide on the dress. I went in for wedding dress. The associate that was helping us didn't help much. I understand you have to check on others to see if they are doing okay. But if you ask for us to make an appointment I would hope we get help during those 90 minutes we have With our appointment. Finally my sister in law and sister starting looking for dresses for me instead, they were told they couldn't . But if it wasn't for them I wouldn't of found my dress! I went in for bridesmaid dresses. The associate that was helping us didn't help much. I understand you have to check on others to see if they are doing okay. But if you ask for us to make an appointment I would hope we would get help with style, sizing, color options. With our appointment we only saw the associate maybe 3 times for about 2mins. We understand some days are busier than others. I would assume the store would plan for the traffic better. I will be shopping else where for my bridal needs.
