It was extremely busy but overall our experience was pleasant. I bought the dress I want to get married in and can't wait to pick it up in a couple of weeks.

We had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. The only downside was there wasn't quite the selection of dresses we expected. Very pleased with our visit!

Kara was phenomenal. She knows her job and she was honest with me the entire experience. From the receptionist to the time I walked out, everything was wonderful!

The service was not very good ... There should have been a salesperson/consultant for each of us (me/mom).. The lady didn't help with the dresses , our friends got the dresses , helped us get in them and had no one pin them back or try to make them fit .. We were not brought the the type of dresses we wanted to try .. Overall very disappointed..

Staff was very nice and helpful, however some information on file was incorrect such as the brides name (I was picking up my bridesmaid dress). My size was also not in Stock in the store so we had to guess on my size to order. Work on having a larger inventory
