The lady at the front counter was horrible! No clue! I'm sorry she should not be working with customers. I really don't know how to explain she was out to lunch, so much so I was kind of concerned for her. But the one lady we had really directed us to Richfield it was a prefect store So yes I would to Richfield not Roseville

Pretty good experience but they discontinued the dresses we wanted for bridesmaids and we needed help with a pregnant bridesmaid ordering the right size and no one could help.

It was a wonderful experience. I was very nervous going in and trying dresses on. I didn't have a style in mind and they helped me find what would fit best with my body! They were very friendly and did not try to push anything out of my price limit on me. Great experience overall

My bridesmaids all found a dress they liked. Our consultant was so helpful and willing to pull anything we wanted. When we got to the store, she was with another party as well but still made us feel special and well taken care of.

I was a little disappointed that the items I had found online were not available for me to try on in the store. I was able to find the dress at the price I was hoping for! But only after having to start over with the search. Service was great, store was extremely busy which made it a little overwhelming. I was also relieved to have done the bridesmaid dress shopping the week after finding mine as there has been an error in ordering my veil that I didn't realize until we were purchasing the bridesmaid dress. Really unorganized when we got there but once we started it was fine. Showed up an hour early and they didn't start helping me until 1:20. Got my dress so overall it was great!
