Really? I spend a ton of money and when I come pick up my bride's maid dress it is wrinkled, it looks like it has been stored for 6 months in a ball, the pleats are no longer there and one side of the front is misshapen and now folded over. I wouldn't have given you guys even one star! This is an acceptable way to present a long awaited, expensive dress? I have included pics in the comments. I would walk down the aisle naked before I ever spend another dime with you guys!!!!

Won't accept a dress that was unworn w tags still on it because of a wedding being cancelled. This is poor business ethic. My 8th wedding as a bridesmaid and I would never think that this company would put me in a financial burden of holding a brand new dress that I have no use for. This dress (when called) had not even been out of the store for 10 days. It's now been out for 14 days. PLEASE do not buy a dress at this store. Our dresses got shipped, mine has a large tear, and after speaking to my taylor he informed my that my seam on the bottom is torn. It hasn't been out of the bag since I got it home. Bridesmaids dress had broken zipper, and hole in it. Came to the store to speak with the GM Linda, and basically was told they wouldn't do anything about it, much less offer a discount for sending me damaged dresses, especially after me spending $2k alone, not counting anyone else. Let me just say , today I know how Julia Roberts felt in pretty women when she walked into that dress boutique and how those women treated her. No we were not dressed like that.... David's Bridal in Winston Salem treated us like that. After having an appointment for 2 wks, we were asked to get off the stage, which is big enough for many different bridal party's could fit, simply for one spoiled girl and her bridemaids. The people at the Winston location were extremely rude!! Gboro is 10 times better.

They charge an am and a leg for alterations and it was just the side of the dress. Not very pleasant people.

I went for their sale $99 sale supposably up to $699 for $99 they had no sizes for bigger girls to try on i was only size 20.. tried to put you in a more expensive dress then what you came for the lady that helped us out was not very attentive she kept having to go to answer the phones and help another customer beside me.they give you an hour and a half to try on dresses only while they're going back and forth with other customers..
