They charge an am and a leg for alterations and it was just the side of the dress. Not very pleasant people.
I went for their sale $99 sale supposably up to $699 for $99 they had no sizes for bigger girls to try on i was only size 20.. tried to put you in a more expensive dress then what you came for the lady that helped us out was not very attentive she kept having to go to answer the phones and help another customer beside me.they give you an hour and a half to try on dresses only while they're going back and forth with other customers.. I bought my daughter's prom dress and paid $349 for it....we were getting ready to do alterations and noticed they had left a security thing on it, had to drive 30minutes back to store to have it removed...then on day of prom, before the evening was over, most of the sequins had fallen off the body of the gown. Also, bought a necklace....which broke after 30 minutes of wearing it. Didn't even get to wear it TO prom! Very disappointed in the quality of the $349 dress and the $25 necklace. Different person every appointment, pulled 1 style for bride nothing else, mob dress does not match the color swatch or even description of color. Will never go any David's for any dress need and will tell the friends the same thing.
U have to "use ur imagination" so much bc they hardly have any bridesmaid dresses in the right color or sizes to try on esp the Orange ...and that's one of my many complaints of this place
It was a awful experience. The consultant did not listen at all to the bride. She was rude and made my sweet daughter -in-law feel bad about her body. We will definitely purchase elsewhere
They were sooooooo patient with me, which is not easy:)
Oh we can write about them? Alright I can write how they don't carry what you need like gloves, can I write how when I bought my dress from them they had the nerve to give it back to me (wet) oh can I tell you about David's bridal!!!!!!
