I’ve already left a review via Google, but it wouldn’t let me give another five-star review, so here I am! I purchased a dress from here a little over a week ago, and needed alterations done. The staff here are WONDERFUL, and made even the most annoying parts of the process fun. Kylie did my fitting for alterations today; she was so easy to talk to and made sure that all of my needs were met during the appointment. I cannot recommend this store enough, especially if you are a plus-sized person like myself!

I’m beyond grateful for the exceptional customer service I received today from Nick at the Salt Lake City, UT store. I had already been to many dress stores including other David’s Bridal stores and no one went out of their way like Nick did. I wanted a mother of the groom dress that didn’t look like an old lady, but also look good on my body type. I’m not great at shopping for my frame, but I wanted the dress to compliment my assets. Everyone was genuinely so kind and caring, they did everything in their capabilities to help me find exactly what I was searching for! Nick was so helpful and incredibly fun to be around, and Yvette was very quick to explain everything about alterations I was curious about! Best of all is my 2 year old nephew came with and everyone was so so good with him! Especially Nick who was sure to grab a bell for him to ring with me when we found the perfect match for my wedding. I would definitely recommend this location!
I came in to try on bridesmaid dresses and Serena was very helpful and kind. She showed me where everything was, set up a fitting room, and offered to help me with different sizes and colors. When I found the right dress, Nick got me checked out, ordered it in the color I need, and made sure it would be ordered in time for the wedding. Very happy with my experience here and looking forward to picking up the dress this winter!

Emily is THEE best at David’s Bridal. She helped me with picking out the most perfect aesthetic for my wedding. She was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted. I told her the theme of my wedding and she gave me the full effect. LOVE her!!!
