I was helped by Remy and they were sooooo amazing and helpful! Remy made sure to really listen to me and knew what I was looking for and what would look best on me. Alterations department recently dead custom work on my dress to raise the back. When they told me what they could do I was not a believer, and I could not imagine it in my head. Believe me when I say to trust them. These ladies did a work of art on my dress and I actually love it more with the alterations than I did when I bought it. My experience with David’s Bridal was positive and truly perfect. I cannot rate their service high enough. From entering their doors and meeting their staff, to picking up my dress from alterations, in perfect wedding condition, every interaction with them was perfect. When I tried on some dresses here before I buy, they stylists were so helpful. So I bought my dress here with David's bridal credit card that offers 12 month no interest. But when I picked up my dress and tried on there, the clip on my dress was off on one side :( I talked to manager about it and alteration for other things, she recommended other places to fix and alter. They said that it's because my wedding is too soon so they cannot guarantee. I hopes that they just fix that clip thing even though I don't need it.
