Please people, DO NOT waste your time with this corporation. Their bathroom hasn't worked since Dec, you have to go across the street to the men's warehouse! 0 stars. Very disappointed with this store and the employee manager.

We were one on one with an employee until she began to help another shopper too. There were enough employees in the store to accommodate rack customers on one. Out service got worse when we were no longer one on one

Went with a friend to look at dresses. Not one single sales associate asked if we needed help or offered any kind of assistance. Should have went to the bridal boutique instead. Will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

In a word- Awful! To begin, the store is chaotic and unclean. Please don't think an appointment is guaranteed or means you won't wait. It also doesn't mean you'll get your full time. Initially my 1:00 appointment was lost, and I only found this out by calling the day before to confirm my appointment, so I had to reschedule. I arrived on time with my 2 friends, and waited a while before I was given a "stylist" who only "had 40 min" (my appointment slot was 60). I was not called by name, and in fact the "stylist" couldn't even... read more

Very disappointed with how my maid of honor was treated in attempting to try on dresses today. Was not given a room at her appointment time (waited over and hour) and had no consultant help her.

I have been to 2 other bridal shops and had amazing service at both and I even booked my bridesmaids and bridal gown appts 2 weeks in advance at David's Bridal and figured on a sunday it would be better than crazy on a Saturday...so I get there today before my appointment and still have to wait AWHILE for my consultant to come and thankfully i knew what bridesmaid dress I liked and so all she had to do was grab the sizes and i only had 3 bridesmaids that could come so it wasn't a huge wedding party to come...well in the mean... read more
