My best friend and I made an appointment for me to try on wedding gowns while they had the $99 sale. My appointment was at 10:45. We arrived at 10:15 . I also drove from South Carolina mind you. We waited ten minutes for the host to even greet us and take my name . She then said it would be a few minutes before my attendant would be with us. That was almost 10:45 by this time. Before coming into the store, I made an appointment for my daughter to try on prom dresses at this location. Her time was allotted for 30 minutes with an associate. I was working during her appointment time but after many visits to several stores and numerous times of trying on dresses, my daughter felt comfortable shopping for a dress on her own at this time. Would never go back to them again. The first day coming in as a bride I waited 15 mins for someone to acknowledged me. I loved the dress I have selected but I would have driven another 2 hours to go to another store. From thw first day until the last payment of making payments the service at the store is horrible. The Sales Associates need to go through customer service training asap.

I could handle the lack of service when I went in as a walk in to find the dress my friend wanted me to wear in her wedding as her maid of honor. However, I can not handle that after ordering the dress in the store that day and being told it would be delivered by the 10th of October ( wedding is the 17th) that when I call on the 8th of October to check up on it, I find out that it was actually never ordered when I paid for it a few weeks earlier and at this point there is no way to get it in. I went there this afternoon to try on two wedding dresses. I was in the store 30 minutes and NO ONE would help me. They saw me, walked by me, I was never greeted, and didn't stop when I started to ask for a room to try on the dresses. Had I liked the dress, I had cash ready to purchase it...but I put the dresses back where I found them and walked out. Pretty much on par with the majority of "chain" stores here in Savannah- SEVERELY lacking in good customer service.
