I went there this afternoon to try on two wedding dresses. I was in the store 30 minutes and NO ONE would help me. They saw me, walked by me, I was never greeted, and didn't stop when I started to ask for a room to try on the dresses. Had I liked the dress, I had cash ready to purchase it...but I put the dresses back where I found them and walked out. Pretty much on par with the majority of "chain" stores here in Savannah- SEVERELY lacking in good customer service.
