The Shreveport store has been amazing!!! Ms Delores is the absolute best she kept us laughing and reassured me she would take care of my dress. She went above and beyond to get my slip reordered and make my dress perfect!!!!
If I could give it a 0 I would. I’ve been told this location is not Plus Size friendly and they were correct. Barely anything to choose from (which wasn’t a huge deal to me) and the sales associate discouraged me from a trumpet styles dress saying, “I know that’s what you want but with your body, a ball gown would be easier.” It was absolutely mortifying and a shame because I could tell she found it acceptable to say that. I had the most amazing experience at David’s Bridal! I felt welcomed upon entering, and every employee greeted me with a smile, through their masks of course! My wonderful consultant, Mrs. Vundia Thomas was impeccable! Very sweet spirited and hospitable consultant. She found the dresses the flattered my silhouette and ultimately led me to the dress I will wear on my wedding day! Five stars! I recommend all brides still in search of that perfect dress to try here! And don’t forget to ask for Vundia!
