Not only did I show up unnanounced and without an appointment, I also had absolutely no idea what I really wanted (even though I thought I knew exactly what I didn't want.) Went into David's Bridal looking for dresses that I saw online, unfortunately they weren't offered in store so I decided on a brides maids dress, but the customer service was amazing I had two consultants helping me out trying to find me the right dress. Thanks ladies.
