The purchase process was fine other than having accessories adding onto my purchase that I didn’t realize until after the return period (which is only 7 days). My big issue came with alterations. My initial alteration was done poorly. The hem was messed up, belt was sewn in wrong location, and shoulders were falling off of me. Second alteration was still wrong. They are scammers!!! They do not keep their word - they tell you one thing & do something else!!! They told my DIL to have everything order their dresses 2-3 sizes larger - them they charged all the girls $60- $200 each for alterations!!! DO NOT GO TO THE STORE IN SLIDELL,LA!!!! The manager told the MATRON of Honor to order a dress 4 sizes larger bc she would be 4 months pregnant- then they charged her $200 for alterations, so she ended up pay$400 for a $160 dress !!!! These people are HORRIBLE!!!
