I was all excited trying on dresses. At first I was just sizing myself for a near future purchase at the on-line store, but then there was one at the store for 99 that I loved. The lady got me all excited about the dress. She said I could put it on layaway with 25% down. So now I'm all excited, she gets me to ring the bell, then I get to the front to find out you can't layaway a 99 dollar dress. I don't blame the sales lady. I blame whoever taught her. Awful service! The zipper on my bridesmaids dress is messed up and when the consultant went to ask someone else about it, she mumbled that my dress was too small. Got home and rest assured, my dress fits perfect with a messed up zipper.
Everything except alterations was a great experience. The wedding dress hem was sloppily done. There was excess uneven material showing through the sheer fabric that common sense would have told you it needed to be trimmed. We had traveled from an hour away to pick the dress up after receiving notice that it was ready, but I wouldn't take it home as it was. Horrible Customer Service, was lied to and treated very rudely! I would drive an hour away just to not deal with those people again!
They lie, a lot of their employees are very rude.
