I should have gone here first! Kendra made the shopping experience easy and stress free! She was very professional and most importantly looked like she enjoyed working there. The dress shop I visited before this one was quite the opposite. Thank you, Kendra!

I walked in today and didn't have an appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly stylist named Kendra! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience 10x better!

Kendra is the sweetest, nicest, most professional stylist I’ve met so far. I’ve gone to a couple of bridal shops where the stylists were not very nice and I never felt happy or comfortable trying on my dresses. Kendra helped me find the dress of my dreams and made the ordering and checkout so easy! Can’t wait to receive my dress! Thanks again Kendra for everything!!

I most definitely would not recommend David’s Bridal simply because their staff was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and unsociable. The consultant who helped us, Lindsey, seemed bothered anytime we asked her to help us get different sizes, different dress styles, or help adjusting dressing to fit correctly/comfortably. My bridesmaids and I were making jokes and laughing, but Lindsey did not seem impressed and almost seemed annoyed that we were even enjoying ourselves on her time…like isn’t this supposed to be a fun day for m... read more

My daughter had a terrible experience at this store. She found a beautiful dress that fit her perfectly, and everyone was really helpful throughout the shopping experience. But when she went to pay for the dress, she noticed that the fabric in the back was torn in various places. She paid for the dress anyway, and just asked them to order a new one from the warehouse. Really terrible experience. I had an awful experience at the David's Bridal in Burlington. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I bought a dress that I loved there a few weeks ago, but as I was paying for it, I noticed that it was damaged and had multiple holes in the fabric. I asked them to order a new one that wasn't defective. They were nice and went ahead and ordered it, but when I went in to get it a few days later, I noticed that the new one was WAY too small. Allison was absolutely awful! From the moment I walked in before she even knew who I was, she was very harsh and pointed with her responses. I was upfront with the fact that I was prepared not to find the exact dress but I was willing to experiment. She seemed checked out and uninterested from the very beginning and was practically throwing dresses on the rack and walking away.
