The shop was full but I was worked in, and treated as if I had an appointment. The staff was very friendly. I found my dress. Thank you Natalie. I was about to settled for a dress but you helped me find my dress. Thanks again Natalie. Keep up the good work.

Natalie was amazing. Even though the store was packed (on a Saturday), she made me feel like I was the only bride there. Very patient, knowledgeable and kind.

The alterations lady was so helpful. I resent being charged $25 rush. I was told to call right after Christmas to have her dress altered for Jan 21. There was no mention of having to be there a month in advance.
