I had a very pleasant experience at this David's Bridal location. I am a bridemaid to one of my cousin's wedding which lots of questions and the front desk lady Madeline was so sweet and so helpful. I did not feel like I was being a bother to her as she answered all of my question and cleared up any confusion prior to assigning me to Edia who was also super sweet. It was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location if you're attending a wedding the employees here are so kind and make the process as quick and easy

I have been Extremely happy with my three experiences at this store (wedding gown shopping, alterations, cocktail party dress shopping). I did not expect much from a chain store but loved All of the employees, the cleanliness of the store, and the selection during each visit. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at the Springfield location. I had a 1pm appointment to try on wedding dresses and by 3:30 Iman had not only found my perfect dress, but she helped my mother, mother in law and my 3 bridesmaids find dresses for my wedding. The manager came over when I found "the dress" and congratulated me and made me feel so special.
