Melissa at the sunrise store was phenomenal!!! I clicked with her right away and she was able to help me with the direction I wanted and find my perfect dress! I said yes to the 3rd one I tried on.

The customer service was amazing. The woman who helped me pick out my dress was extremely knowledgeable. The women who alter the dress did a great job. Both had great ideas for undergarments and accessories. Only thing I didn't like was that the program wasn't working to make my appointment online and I had to call the store. And then I got 2 text confirmations but one was at 3:30am. Very bad time to text someone and I was not happy. But overall a great experience!!

Jenna was a great help and helped me find something that fit me . The cost of alreactions is a little ridiculous but other then that it was a great experience.

So happy with my bridesmaid dresses but the experience could have been better. We didn't really have a lot of help and I had to go searching through the store most of the time to find the person who was helping us because she was doing other stuff.
