Everyone at the Monroe St. location has been helpful and kind, even when they're clearly crazy busy! Other salons didn't want to work with my timeline or budget, but David's stepped right up and I found the perfect dress!

Went to Toledo location with my daughter and SIL Prom dress shopping. Allison B was our consultant and was awesome!! Brought in TONS of dresses for my daughter to try on and even was honest to tell her when a dress just didn't fit right She ended up being from close to our hometown so gave us names for spray tan etc. Well def start there next year. Hopefully Allison will still be there. My only issue was the price. Dresses that were very similar at dept stores weren't as costly I guess the personal service made the extr... read more
We have gone twice now and the first time we had Hayley and had an AMAZING experience picking out my dress � Second time was a little different but not horrible. Hayley is our girl to go through for sure!! �

Had a great experience with my niece when we got Brock as our Bridal consultant. She got Macy her 2 dress choices but they were not for her. I asked Brock if she could pick out what she thought Macy would look good in and after 3 dresses, we found the perfect dress and Macy loved it before she looked in the mirror. Thank you Brock for making Macy's wedding dress shopping experience a great one!! The best part was it was done in an hour!! ����
