I had a wonderful experience, my dress consultant, McKenzie was very helpful and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to try on or purchase anything that didn't fit my budget or was just not what I was looking for. We left with my beautiful dress ordered and lots of information on the next steps for the bridesmaids and groomsmen! I still have butterflies from the excitement and experience!

Would recommend Davids Bridal to anyone dress shopping. Staff was great. So many dresses to choose from. They were so much help. Made my granddaughter very comfortable.

It was a last minute decision to stop at Davids Bridal so we didnt have an appointment. The store was pretty busy, they had no open appointments but they were going to try to accommodate my 6 bridesmaids the best they could. Andrew was the person who helped us. He was also helping another bridal party all while being attentive to us as well. He was very patient with me as im very indecisive bride and even offered his opinion when i asked. I went to the Toledo store with a wedding party of 6 of us. We had just walked in from another bridal shop in town. None of us felt welcomed at the other store. BROCK WAS THE BEST!!! She asked 4 questions regarding my dress wishlist and returned with 2 dresses immediately. The 1st dress she had me try on was my favorite while browsing the racks and it fit perfectly (she had no idea I had already favored that particular dress)! I had Miss Brock yesterday! We were late for my appointment, but she was understanding and still didn't rush me. She asked about my fiancé and wedding and completely got on a personal level with me. The 2nd and 3rd dress that I tried on I completely loved but wished they were combined into 1 dress. Here she came with a dress that was exactly what I had in mind!
