I came in for my first alterations appointment on my wedding gown. The alterations specialist was pretty knowledgeable and efficient in regards to the alteration process. The staff was very nice and attentive, which I appreciate! My only critique, was that the alterations specialist kept sticking my skin with the pins.

I felt like my bridal consultant did not spend enough time with my bridemaids & I. I felt like she was rushing to take measurements & have my wedding party try on dresses.
