We made two appointments on the same day, one for the brides then bridesmaids afterwards. The associates did pretty good with the brides, except we didn't get to ring the bell after finding our dresses. When it came time for the bridesmaids the associates ran off to help others instead of taking care of the people who made appointments in advance. I went for the $99 sale, but wasn't shown any dress under $350 even though I said my budget was $300. Ended up purchasing over my budget, but I love the dress and the girl was very helpful. For a dress that fit perfect, I wasn't expecting to pay $160 for minor alterations I could've done myself. I only wanted sleeves added which would've been $40 and by the time I end up adding cleaning and preservation, this is going to cost me about a grand which is about the budget for the whole wedding.

My other experiences at davids have been great but this one was not! The girl that was suppose to be helping us just gave us the dress we wanted in a few sizes and then just left. She never came back to help us. She never checked on us to see how we're doing or if we needed any help. Because we felt neglected we ended up ordering the dress online. She then proceeded to tell us that that was a bad decision and how we should have ordered in store because if something ends up being wrong with the dress there's nothing we can do... read more

My appointment was on a Saturday this time. I don't believe that having one attendant try to help two brides at once is very efficient. Although she was very nice I didn't actually get to try on dresses until my appointment was over halfway over. In the end I only got to try on two new dresses, which is not worth my drive or my mothers from out of town.
