We had an appointment from 12-1:30 reserved. We went there for a mother of the bride gown and a maid of honor gown. The girl who was supposed to be our consultant didn’t come to us until we were already carrying around gowns in our arms and then made the maid of honor and I share a dressing room- there were many available- she never came back to help us. My daughter- the bride- spent the whole time helping us try on dresses and picking dresses out. Horrible experience!!

Avoid going to a women named Grace she will belittle you and will embarrass you in FRONT of the other customers her and her raspy cigarette voice

Went for a dress for my daughter. It was like an assembly line. 90 minute appointment to try on and pick out you're dress. Not all brides can pick their once in a lifetime dress in 90 minutes. But if you don't you are out of luck because you cannot try on anything without a "stylist". Bought my other daughters wedding gown in the Paramus store about 15 years ago and it was a very different and much better experience. I was so excited to come to my appointment for my bridesmaids’ dresses at David’s Bridal in Totowa, NJ. We had done a lot of research on the David’s Bridal website and found 6 dresses that we loved and were looking forward to trying on. When we arrived at the store, we told very rudely that we had to get rid of our coffees; even though, their employees were freely walking with their coffees. I had a scheduled appointment for 7pm for my first fitting. I get there they tell me go to the back and I did. The seamstress was still doing an alteration and told me it would be another 30 minute wait. As I am waiting the half hour, they end up taking another women back there for her 730 appointment. They manager on duty karina was not helpful at all and when I asked for corporate number she said that she could not give out and she basically could careless about my appointment

David’s Bridal in Totowa - this is about Alterations - (although buying the dress was another experience!) Mother of the Groom dress - Initial visit was fine. Hem, pick up on shoulders ( remember this one), take in under sleeves - Costly! $135 - Dress cost -$179. Dress was ready in 3 weeks. I came in ready to try on - woman hands me the bag (same wrinkled bag I brought it in) and says thanks. I said I was not leaving until I tried it on. Just bought a 200 dollar dress that came in wrinkled. Was told I could pay to have them steam it for me but other than that nothing they can do. Apparently the store associate said all of the dresses come in wrinkled so thats it. Don't know if that made it better or worse � so beware. No apology or anything. Sounds like some sort of scam to me. Give it to you wrinkled and charge for steaming. Hmm
