Went there on Sunday for a second fitting. We were there for an hour and a half! Prior visits went much better. There were only 2 of us and it took that long. Very frustrating.

Absolutely horrific. This was the first time I ever went to go look at dresses. The customer service was horrible. I was asked what I was looking for and I had no idea. She wasn't very helpful in guiding me to a certain direction. I felt as if the lady just wanted to make a sale and did not listen to what I wanted. I was very uncomfortable toward the end when she kept pushing if someone could help me pay for the dress. She never even looked or let me try on clearance dresses. What terrible customer service. Tried to get a flower girl dress and no one would help. Was I supposed to make an appointment for this? Seems like overkill. Just wanted at least SOMEONE to be available. Davids bridal always has such terrible customer service.
Do yourself a favor and get your alterations done somewhere else. Their alterations department is terrible, always running extremely behind and overbooked. The first time I dropped off my dress and came back a month later they never made a single alteration. I felt very rushed every time I came and I always seemed to get something like "yea yea we'll fix it, don't worry" Unfortunately the list goes on but save yourself the headache and if you do buy your dress here get the alterations done elsewhere.
No customer service skills! And the woman who was supposed to help my sister during her 9am appointment actually had the nerve to say "I'm not a morning person" after making rude remarks. Wow.

Horrible customer service. I can't believe they treat customers the way they do. I left after being in the store for ten minutes even though I had an appointment. I went to Macy's and even though I didn't have an appointment (because I wasn't expecting to go there) they were so helpful and accommodating. I would suggest other brides to be to skip davids bridal and go to Macy's. Looking at other reviews it's clear they could use some serious customer service training or just basic manors.

Horrible from the beginning. I made an appointment for 3:30. No one came to help me until 3:50, then proceeded to tell me the appointment only went until 4:30 (you are given an hour from the appointment start, regardless of when they decide they are ready to help you). Then she told me she may be helping other groups depending on how busy it was. Why did I make an appointment? Then every dress I picked on the poster, she told me she didn't have. Awful experience! I'm on my 4th, AND FINAL, unnecessary visit to this horrible store! The first visit the stylist gave me incorrect information about the alterations that I could have done . . . so on my first fitting (2nd visit) I had to awkwardly/half naked explain to the 2 seamstress and the alterations manager what the stylist told me. I told the sales lady that I was not going to purchase today .....I needed my daughter to come see the mother of the bride dress....she asked me what I want... set me up with some dresses....I was alone, had no other people with me and I never saw her again....had other customers zip me up and take pictures for me and then got dressed, went and picked out a few more dresses...did the same thing.....never saw her again...so I like that they did not bother me or were pushy....but she could of checked in on me.....I walked out ... read more
