Stay away from this store, the manager (Janet is what she said her name was, but she refused to show me a name tag) was rude and yelled at me, very poor customer service and a sad excuse for a bridal shop. Brides deserve to enjoy the planning process, not be treated like garbage by staff at a store like this!

I went to pick up my dress and of course wanted to try it on. I was put in a changing room and introduced to Chloe who was to assist me. I came out with the dress on and there was nobody there. NOBODY. I called out a few times for Chloe, and nobody came (and I'm not a quiet person). I attempted to zip it and clip the neck, still standing there outside the dressing room waiting. I may have had a good experience shopping, but my sister ended up with an awful alteration mess here. The day of my wedding the bra that they sewed in came completely undone and fell out of the dress. When we looked at the dress none of the fixes were the same. I could have fixed the dress better than the seamstress did. My sister felt that they really didn’t care about the work they were performing and they ruined an absolutely beautiful dress.

The woman Janet that was helping us was great... I would have liked the lighting to be better... Colors looked off... Was weird... Even took the dress to th window to see in the sunlight
You HAVE to make an appointment, even if you’re just looking. The girl who helped us was very pushy in wanting the girls to place their orders that day. She didn’t really show us too much of a variety and then told us we only had 14 minutes left to our consultation.....
