I was looking forward to getting my bridesmaid dress here for my best friend's wedding. When I arrived and told them my bride's name, her name was incorrect in their records. I didn't think it was a big deal, so they assigned someone to help me and we moved on. My soon to be niece ordered a dress in February for $1500 and made her appointment for the fitting. The day before her fitting she was called and told that the dress didn’t come in, when asked why, she was given the runaround. She was told they didn’t order it, it never existed and it was ordered but wouldn’t be in on time. They told her she can pick another dress but it would more than likely not be in by her wedding at the end of April. I recently bought a dress for my sons wedding and was encouraged to go up a size and alter it, (the MOB in Oklahoma was told the same) she paid twice the dress cost in alterations and mine, after alterations was unrecognizable as the same dress. (I had to purchase another dress).While at the wedding in Texas we heard of this practice at locations there as well. Horrible way to increase sales of alterations on such important occasions at the expense of your customers.
Terrible consultants, zero communication, and very busy even though we had appointments.

We ordered bridesmaid dresses online as the physical store was closed during COVID. 2 of the 3 dresses came in as expected, but one had several major manufacturers defects. Once the store was open to the public we came here for alterations, $80+ per dress. The standard alterations like length, were fixed. But, the dress with the defects, my bridesmaid has needed to go back 3 times for a refit because they did not finish the alterations correctly. My sister ordered a dress for her daughter to wear at her wedding. She ordered it 6 months in advance and was told 1 month before her wedding that they would not get it in time and offered and ultimatum and a 2 day deadline to try and recoup losses. David's Bridals manager was rude and completely uncaring and offered no help or reparations to correct the issue. Now her young daughter is distraught and inconsolable about losing the dress she loved so much. I would reccomend Brilliant Bridal instead for sure.

First of all there are 45 dressing rooms for David’s Bridal, this is a dress shop that is in the business of serving women with wedding needs. I find it ridiculous that not even half of the dressing rooms are being used in two different city’s and locations. During my two visits to David’s Bridal. I understand the value of appointments and all, but for most busy brides and busy working women appointments are hard to keep.
