I went in here today to order a bridesmaid dress for my sister in laws wedding. There are 6 bridesmaids and one junior bridesmaid. My daughter and her friend went there last night to look for prom dresses and were treated very rudely and were basically asked to leave! A saleswoman was helping them for a little bit. The saleswoman told them to look at the bright colored wedding dresses that were on clearance in the back. When I came in I didn't know you needed an appt to try the dress on that was in the store...Maria was so sweet and offered to assist anyway. I ordered the first and only dress I tried on that day! Recieved an email that my dress had arrived! Went to the store to pick it up and was told my order wasn't able to be found. Then she went to the back to check..came back empty handed. I came in on a wing and a prayer and hardly any time frame to work with because my online purchase from China was a disaster. (NEVER AGAIN!) My friends daughter was extremely excited to go wedding dress shopping, and her mom saved and saved in order to buy her dress. What should have been a lovely experience has instead become an ordeal of hellish proportions. What a shameful way to treat your customers! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the store and first of all with David's bridal !! I went to the store to look for a dress didn't have the color so I ordered online took two weeks to receive it with a big black Stein like mold in the skirt .I called customer service that one of my calls spent an hr for someone to answer the phone .to tell me to send it to a dry cleaners and see if the Stein can come out!!
