If I could give a ZERO I would! Belinda Lopez and Elaine Clark are not trustworthy people and ultimately their customer service is appalling. They lie about their return policy and because they don't want to take a hit to their sales numbers they will refuse to take a return - they even go as far as to insult their customers and lie. If I could give a ZERO I would. Don’t shop here - drive to a different David’s Bridal if you care about how you’re treated as a customer - like I had to. Vista’s customer service is appalling and their management lied to me and my mother-in-law about their return policy. Kayla was horrible will not return to this location. Kayla was very rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting corporate about her and letting them know she needs to be fired. If you come to this location and get kayla i would run.

The dress is great, but alterations is where they kill you! $115 to alter the dress after $150 for the dress. I was told to get the bigger size and just have it taken on the sides. Alterations start at $30... I was thinking $75 tops... nope $115. I told the other bridesmaids not to waste their money.

The lady's that work in the bridal shop all were very helpful. It was a very nice experience. I walked out very happy .

I had two other girls in my party to try on bridesmaid dresses and they were running late. I loved that they were patient with us and helped us with our dresses. We each got a fitting room with our names. Felt very VIP. They helped my with my dress on and also grabbed sizes for the other girls. Very nice (:

I just has my final dress fitting and it was flawless other than two very small details that were fixed on the spot by Alex. I was so happy and impressed!! He such a pleasant person to work with!!

I was very pleased with my wedding dress, Amanda was great and very pleasant she was not pushy like the other David's Bridal She is very knowledgeable of your needs. Thank you Amanda I will definitely tell people to ask for you.

What a wonderful experience! I came in yesterday (03/11/17) at 11am for a bridal party appointment and then continued at 12:30pm for my bridal appointment. I had my mother, maid of honor, future mother in law, aunt and uncle with me. The lady that assisted us was Mariela and she is a sweetheart. She attended to our every inquiry and request with no pressure for a sale. I tried on 3 beautiful dresses before finding the "One" and my bridal party cried.
