If I could give a ZERO I would! Belinda Lopez and Elaine Clark are not trustworthy people and ultimately their customer service is appalling. They lie about their return policy and because they don't want to take a hit to their sales numbers they will refuse to take a return - they even go as far as to insult their customers and lie. If I could give a ZERO I would. Don’t shop here - drive to a different David’s Bridal if you care about how you’re treated as a customer - like I had to. Vista’s customer service is appalling and their management lied to me and my mother-in-law about their return policy. Kayla was horrible will not return to this location. Kayla was very rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting corporate about her and letting them know she needs to be fired. If you come to this location and get kayla i would run.

The dress is great, but alterations is where they kill you! $115 to alter the dress after $150 for the dress. I was told to get the bigger size and just have it taken on the sides. Alterations start at $30... I was thinking $75 tops... nope $115. I told the other bridesmaids not to waste their money.

I had two other girls in my party to try on bridesmaid dresses and they were running late. I loved that they were patient with us and helped us with our dresses. We each got a fitting room with our names. Felt very VIP. They helped my with my dress on and also grabbed sizes for the other girls. Very nice (:

I just has my final dress fitting and it was flawless other than two very small details that were fixed on the spot by Alex. I was so happy and impressed!! He such a pleasant person to work with!!

What a wonderful experience! I came in yesterday (03/11/17) at 11am for a bridal party appointment and then continued at 12:30pm for my bridal appointment. I had my mother, maid of honor, future mother in law, aunt and uncle with me. The lady that assisted us was Mariela and she is a sweetheart.
