The assistant was wonderful and really helped me with buying my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I'm in during August. Sadly the color there aren't very many of available but we found one in the store in my size and color I needed for the wedding soi it was perfect.

My future Mother in Law bought a veil and tiara for me that did not fit my look or personality. I was very nervous about asking for an exchange because I know all sales are final. I was so happy when the Davids in Waldorf said they would help me find what I wanted. I showed the lady a photo of my dress and she immediately pulled it off the shelf to make the right veil and headband. I had such a pleasant experience at David's in Waldorf. Thank you so much!!!!!
Things where ok until I got to alterations...my ceremony dress is ruined. The dress was a size bigger when I got it and when I went to do my dress fitting they made it a size smaller we could not get it zipped up and my top Haft looked liked Jessica rabbit gone all wrong. I broke down in tears because I can not get married in the church I grow up in like that and the dress is discontinued so there is no way possible to get another. The service is great and everyone is right on it when you need the help. Especially Elizabeth she was so amazing she knew just what to do. I went in showed her the style I like and she just started pulling dresses and I found the perfect dress in no time, she knew what she was doing and got me in and out of there. I suggest anyone who goes to the David's Bridal out Waldorf ask for Elizabeth's help you will be pleased
It was quick and easy, and a lot less painful than I was anticipating. The clerk who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable and personal.
