Title: Manager laughing at me when she thought I left the store: My daughter is getting married and she chose David's bridal for bridesmaid dresses. As mother of the bride I also went to David's bridal. I bought a dress off the rack. Also I saw another dress I liked online (only) in my size. I ordered it . Was here this AM had 10:30 appt the walk-in received better service then I did. Had to keep finding someone to assist me. I had better service at Macy"s and didn't make appt. thank goodness my husband was with me to assist me
Vicky was great, she solved our problem quickly, got the dress fixed the same day and we were out in no time!!

It was okay. Dress I liked online was not in store also couldn't not find the dress I liked in the correct size they said I would have to purchase and wait for it to come in my size. Who wants to buy a dress they can't even try on yet?!
The woman who worked with me was really nice but sometimes didn't provide me with direction of what she wanted me to do. I'm hopeful my dress will turn out great.
Sam was incredible! She was funny, polite, and accommodating for our specific and unusual requests. She made me and my sisters feel comfortable.
