Would have given -0 stars if I could. Despite booking an appointment weeks ago, on arrival was informed my niece was “sharing” her appointment with another bride. Absolute shambles but no fault of the Stylist who did her best in an impossible situation. My niece was left standing for up to 5 mins holding up dresses that were up to 3 sizes too big whilst the other bride was catered to. Totally ruined what was hoped to be a memorable experience 👎

Found the one! My consultant was Hannah from the Watford Store and she was incredibly helpful and took out the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease and gave me and my family the time we needed to discuss all different kinds of options. Really grateful for her for finally helping me find my dress!

Can’t thank Julie our Stylist enough for my sisters experience at the weekend at David’s Bridal Watford. She wasn’t very confident or sure of what might suit her or even what she wanted but Julie’s consultation, courteous manner and patience made my sister feel very special. It can be hard to find that nowadays so thank you once again for giving her that boost x

I bought my daughter's bridesmaid dresses from Davids Bridal on Sunday which was such a fun and enjoyable experience. They had a great time, it's was relaxed and no pressure. We went back today for the alterations Atiya and Aga have done a superb job. The girls look beautiful. Atiya and Aga made the girls feel like princess. So professional, kind and helpful. Unfortunately did not enjoy my experience at Davids Bridal Watford, i did not feel looked after at all, the stylist whom i was given i did not even have time to get her name as she was absent most the time. I felt like the service was robotic and not at all how a wedding dress shopping experience should be. The stylist only just manged to ask me when i was getting married...no more details were asked which seems important when helping with wedding dresses.

My daughter Kimberley Rose and her 6 bridesmaids and 2 groomswomen all purchased their dresses from David’s Bridal. Initially it was the choice of colours that were available in the store that made us visit, but I am so pleased we did! Over the course of the next 9 months, we had initial fittings, 1st fitting after alterations and then collections. I had a wonderful time with Julie finding my perfect wedding dress. Julie listened to what I liked and what parts of me I wanted to hide 😬 Julie put me in a dress I never pictured myself wearing, but the tears flowed and it was “Yes to the dress”. Julie is amazing, she is so lovely and professional, and patient 😁 You do feel special the moment you enter the shop door. I was able to find the perfect wedding dress for me, and Julie was very helpful in finding it. I choose one that I didn’t think I would ever choose, and I love it, we were all crying in the moment we knew that was the dress. I love the tradition they have, make a wish and ring the bell. I will definitely will go back when I will need a dress for a party, yes they have all kinds of dresses.
