Absolutely amazing experience! I went to the Watford shop on my own, a little bit nervous as all of my family are based in the North. Caroline helped me find my perfect dress (and well within budget!) and was so lovely and helpful that i walked out of the shop feeling fantastic. The delivery time of the dress was also brilliant, i expected to wait 4-6 months but they said about 2 months so it was a long wait until i actually got to wear it! I had the most amazing time from walking through the door. This was my second visit as my first visit i just walked in met a lovely assistant Sorsha I tried on a few dresses and even though I did not decide on a dress that day I was not made to feel like I had wasted their time or even get a sales patter from them and as there were so many dresses to still choose, I decided to make an appointment.
