I was there trying on dresses in 2014 -- I called today to make sure all of my information was still there, the lady left me on hold for 7 min, she finally came back and told me that none of my information was saved. I called back a few minuets later to make ANOTHER appointment, to be left on hold for 6 min before hanging up. VERY POOR SERVICE :(

Horrible horrible service!!!! Brides beware! I went there 3 times to give David's bride in west palm beach a try. The first occasion I told the consultant I did not know my budget resulting in her not let me try any dresses on. The second time I knew my budget and I was not exceeding $1200, but that didn't matter since I was never seen, I signed in and was told I could look around the store, after 45 minutes I check to see the status of my place on the sign in sheet. As my 1st review was not accepted,I will simply say that my experience with David's Bridal was ridiculous.I was greeted when I first arrived,but after 15 minutes of looking and not being approached by any one of the many associates,I left.Mind you,there were only a dozen costomers in the store.Not one associate even said,"goodbye" as I was walking out.I had been looking for 7 bridesmaid dresses and a maid of honor dress.What an experience as a bride to be.

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived with my daughter, who is going to be a junior bride's maid in my cousin's weeding, we were pointed in the direction of dresses and told to go to a dressing room. There was NO help! What the heck was the point of having an appointment if not to help the person needing a dress. Also, I was yelled at for not having come in sooner for an October wedding, the bride just made her color choice and lives out of state. I will never go back to a David's Bridal again.
