i would never buy a dress from there again. when i told them i was not buying my bridesmaids dresses from there store they were very rude. i ended getting my fitting done by someone else because that was the advice that the customer service rep. told me to do since there was nothing they could do to help me.

Got a dress for 99.00!!! dress was great and the alterations were great. Only issue was strap on halter was not sturdy enough. i had to tuck straps in and make it a strapless dress and we couldn't find all the bustle loops. they were all very nice though. (unlike my experience with the Nashua Nh alterations department, They were very rude there!!!!)

Every single time I went into David's someone was there to help, even if it was a crazy Saturday afternoon. My mom purchased her gown here and loved it! I also looked for bridesmaids dresses here and even though I didn't find anything, my experience was still pleasant. If I could do it all over again, I would have gotten my wedding gown from here!

I had a great experience at the Springfield DB. Lucy, the girl who was helping me was very friendly and attentive. I knew the moment I put the right dress on and we were not even thinking we were going to buy that day since I live in ME, but my mom was with me (lives in MA) and it meant a lot to her that she got to be there when I found the one! I had a great experience at this specific DB. The DB in Manchester literally made me cry (and not in a good way). The sales associate was a little pushy but she understood my sense of style, did a great job of finding my perfect dress and she told me about a discount I wouldn't have known about that saved me $200 off my dress. Overall, I felt like a million bucks at my wedding and was really happy with my dress.

David's Bridal was both quick and attentative. They were very busy but found a representative over the intercom to work with me right away.

My wedding dress was beautiful and and everything I wanted and only found at David's Bridal. They also had a good seletion of bridesmaid dresses at good prices. They did unfortunity mess up on a dress and ordered it in the wrong color. But the dress did come in on time in the right color.

I was very pressured to purchase a dress which my consultant gave for me to try not telling me it was TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS over my budget. Then when I called to halt the order for that dress for the other dress I was considering instead, they required me to purchase $200 worth of merchandise to make up the difference in price. I can see the logic but my appointment for trying on dresses made me feel pressured and rushed to buy buy buy right then and there.
