Walked in today with lots of specific needs for an upcoming event. 2 weeks from now. A specific color, style and size. Not only did the entire staff find what I needed, I even was able to get shoes, bra and accessories all in one trip. Have been here three times in the last few months- got my wedding dress, my first fitting, and now my bridesmaids dresses! Cannot recommend them enough! Not only are the employees beyond helpful and attentive, but you can tell they truly care about you as a bride and not the money. David's Bridal in West Springfield, MA is WONDERFUL! I had the most phenomenal experience there! The alterations manager, Nghi, was amazing. She is such a great artist when it comes to creating beautiful bustles. My dress came out so stunning. She really has an eye for what looks good for the dress and your body shape. I loved the entire experience from beginning to end!
